Business Awards 2011
Introduction
Business leaders joined forces with the council to celebrate the boroughs hard-working companies at the inaugural Pride of Tameside Business Awards. The event took place on May 20th 2011 at Dukinfield Town Hall and they recognised the most outstanding businesses and individuals across all sectors in eight categories:
- Business of the Year
- Business Person of the Year
- Apprentice of the Year
- Start-up Business of the Year
- Green Business of the Year
- Innovative Business of the Year
- Retail Business of the Year
- Buy with Confidence – Trader of the Year.
