Introduction

The Pride of Tameside Sports Awards celebrated Tameside’s sporting success.

The council found the borough's most talented sports performers, coaches and volunteers in this years prestigious Tameside Sports Awards 2011.

The annual award ceremony, was held at Manchester City Football Club on Friday 16 September 2011.

The awards, were sponsored by Davies Sports and New Charter Housing.
